Tabletop Displays
ASTA once again offers your company the opportunity to exhibit your products to over 500 seed industry professionals in our Trading Room. This is the perfect chance to attract sales for your company by purchasing one of the exhibit displays or Reserved Appointment Tables at the 48th ASTA Vegetable and Flower Seed Conference. Exhibit spaces are offered as either free-standing pop-up exhibits or tabletop displays, and can be an unmanned space at any time during the convention. ASTA will provide a 6-foot draped table with an identification sign. Besides stocking this table with your company’s information, nothing else is needed to attract great sales and new customers. Exhibit registration also includes one complimentary registration, and a company description in the on-site program. There are limited spaces to fill on a first-come, first-served basis—act now!
Exhibit set-up will be on Saturday, February 7 from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and tear down of the exhibits will be on Tuesday, February 10, no earlier than 11:00 a.m.
Reserved Trading Room Appointment Tables
Once again this year, ASTA is offering the opportunity to reserve a Trading Room table for your company’s private use throughout the conference. The Trading Room is a highly popular meeting area and can get to be a crowded place, with empty tables often unavailable when you have an appointment to conduct. ASTA Members can now reserve a private table for your own company’s use for $175 for members. The table will be designated as “Reserved” for your company.
