American Seed Trade Association offers outstanding networking opportunities across all seed commodities,
bringing together every division of the American Seed Trade Association.
The 127th Annual Convention, being held June 26 - 30 at the
brand new J.W. Marriott San Antonio Hill Country, in San Antonio,
Texas,will feature its exhibits in the ASTA registration foyer to ensure
the best traffic! ASTA offers you the chance to bring your business to its
highest potential by exhibiting your company to this broad-based audience.
The only ASTA convention representing all commodity divisions
of the association, the Annual Convention offers a great value for your
investment!
Why Should You Exhibit?

Audience: The ASTA Annual Convention brings together representatives
from across all commodities of the seed industry, including
the top executives and decision makers. Attendance is over 500.
- Value: The price of your exhibit includes a complimentary registration
to the conference, pre- and post-attendee lists, a company listing
in the convention registration brochure and on the convention
website, and a full company description in the onsite convention
program.
- Exposure: The exhibit location is part of the ASTA registration
foyer, which ensures convention attendees at your booth. A number
of other features are also in the area, including wireless Internet
access, ASTA’s annivesary displays, a Cyber Cafe, Business Center,
and refreshments!
- Priority Status: Exhibitors have right of first refusal for next year.
Who Attends?
The convention schedule includes meetings of nearly all committees and divisions
of ASTA. Thus, this event attracts representatives from multiple facets of
the seed industry working in a variety of roles and commodities. Top executives
from these companies attend - approximately 500 in all - from across the United
States, Canada and abroad.

Exhibits will be located in the ballroom foyer of the J.W. Marriott Resort & Spa. Exhibits can be table-top, with a six-foot table, or pop-up (free-standing) which can be up to 10 feet wide (also include a six-foot table).
